MADKOUR is looking for an experienced HSE Site Manager to oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental activities on a major Energy Project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will ensure compliance with HSE regulations and foster a safety culture while managing site performance. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 12 years of experience in HSE, and prior managerial experience in large-scale construction projects.
Professional HSE certifications and a valid transferable IQA are required.
