HSE Site Manager - KSA

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HSE Site Manager to join our team and lead all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities on a major Energy Project in KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations, company standards, and client requirements while fostering a strong safety culture across the project site.

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and international HSE standards
• Lead site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for site personnel
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor HSE performance
• Prepare and submit HSE reports, statistics, and compliance documentation
• Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives across the project

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Minimum 12 years of HSE experience, including significant experience in Energy, Power, or Infrastructure Project
• Previous experience in a managerial HSE role on large-scale construction project
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and incident investigation
• Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skill
• Experience working in KSA is a must
• Experience in EPC environments and working with subcontractors
• Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Valid transferable IQA is a must
