The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in infrastructure projects, especially in roads and utilities. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with FIDIC contracts are essential.

Responsibilities include reviewing payments, measuring works, and supporting project financials.
