- Ensure proper implementation of HSE/LPP programs across project sites
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and toolbox meetings
- Report hazards, incidents, and safety concerns to management
- Coordinate with clients and site teams to maintain HSE compliance
- Investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct safety trainings and emergency response coordination
- Monitor proper use of PPE and safety equipment
- Maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation
- Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement on site
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma
- Certificate in OSHA / NEBOSH/ IOSH
- Approved Saudi Aramco Contractor Safety Officer
- Minimum of 3 years working knowledge in HSE in oil & gas industry, accumulative of 5 Years
- Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English
