We invite you to join us. Our newest opportunity is for a talented Site Engineer - HSSE to join our team based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSSE policies, procedures, and management systems in line with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage the project HSSE team, ensuring effective implementation of safety and environmental programs.
• Monitor compliance with local legislation, client standards, and international HSSE best practices.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and safety reviews to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Prepare and present HSSE reports, statistics, and performance metrics to project and senior management.
• Promote a strong safety culture through training, awareness campaigns, toolbox talks, and leadership engagement.
• Ensure emergency preparedness plans are established, maintained, and regularly tested.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities on HSSE matters.
• Monitor environmental compliance and implement sustainability and environmental protection initiatives.

• 12 years of work experience and a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of HSSE experience within construction, infrastructure, mixed-use developments, residential communities, or large-scale masterplan projects.
• Demonstrated experience in an HSSE management role on projects similar in scale and complexity to NHC developments.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, CSP, or equivalent
  .
• Strong knowledge of HSSE legislation, risk management, incident investigation, and environmental management systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly preferred.
• Experience working on large residential, mixed-use, community development, or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with NHC, government, or major developer standards and requirements.
• Experience managing large contractor and subcontractor work forces.
