Project Control Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results‑driven Project Control to join our team in Jeddah
. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, and project performance reporting to ensure successful project delivery within approved timelines and budgets.

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Establish and manage baseline schedules and monitor project progress against approved plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and performance dashboards.
• Monitor project costs and analyze variances between planned and actual expenditures.
• Perform schedule analysis and identify critical activities impacting project delivery.
• Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective and recovery actions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Finance teams to ensure project alignment.
• Track and evaluate change orders and assess their impact on project cost and schedule.
• Prepare KPI reports and performance metrics for management review.
• Support project management in forecasting, budgeting, and decision‑making processes.
• Identify project risks related to schedule and cost and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with project controls procedures, standards, and reporting requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Controls, Planning, Scheduling, and Cost Control.
• Strong experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or EPC projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience in delay analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), and project performance measurement.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• PMP, PSP, or other relevant certifications will be an advantage.
