Lead Lab Engineer

Performs standard test engineering assignments that typically represent a significant portion of larger projects. Chooses engineering techniques to solve problems and makes recommendations.

• Conduct test engineering assignments as part of larger project efforts.
• Select and apply appropriate engineering techniques to solve problems and recommend solutions.
• Explain facts, practices, policies, etc., to internal stakeholders.
• Adapt or enhance existing methods to improve quality or value in day-to-day activities.

• University or bachelor degree (minimum).
• At least 6 years of relevant experience (suggested minimum).
• Advanced knowledge and skills within a specific discipline, integrating theory and organizational practices.
• Experience applying knowledge to domestic contexts within the country or neighboring countries.
• Individual contributor with no direct responsibility for managing others.
