HSE Manager

Lead and manage all HSE activities across project sites.

• Ensure compliance with company client SEC and National Grid HSE requirements.
• Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and site audits.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with HSE standards.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
• Prepare and submit HSE reports, statistics, and performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems and safe work practices.
• Promote a positive safety culture across all project teams.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure safe execution of OHTL and transmission line activities.
• Monitor work activities related to tower erection, stringing, excavation, lifting operations, and energized work.
• Ensure compliance with environmental requirements and company policies.

• HSE Manager with proven experience in High Voltage OHTL projects.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
• Experience in SEC / National Grid projects is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and site safety management skills.
• NEBOSH certified.
