Responsibilities
- Prepare technical and commercial bids for OHTL projects
- Review tender documents, specifications, BOQs, and drawings
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams during bid preparation
- Prepare cost estimates and pricing sheets
- Identify project risks and commercial opportunities
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and tender specifications
- Support contract negotiations and bid clarifications
- Electrical Engineer with minimum 10 years of experience
- Direct experience in High Voltage OHTL projects
- Experience in preparing technical and commercial bids
- Experience in EPC Power Transmission projects
- Previous Saudi Arabia experience mandatory
- Strong knowledge of SEC / National Grid requirements
- Experience in tendering, estimation, BOQ preparation, and bid submissions
- Experience in 132kV, 230kV, and 380kV transmission line projects
- Strong analytical, commercial, and technical proposal preparation skills
