- Provide engineering and technical assistance to all regions in preparing their quotes / tenders.
- Provide technical and pricing assistance on high specification projects
- Work in very close cooperation with our manufactures on all aspects of Technical and Engineering and ensure that all Technical obligations towards our customers are fulfilled.
- Provide product and technical training and technical support to sales team Kingdom-wide
- Participate in customer and Suppliers meetings, seminars, local exhibitions etc...
- Ensure that relevant business tools are available to the sales organization.
- Assist in Develop and establish marketing plan to ensure achieving right product positioning and optimum customer awareness.
- Establish and implement competitive database
- Educational Qualifications and
Certifications:
University Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant major. - Knowledge: Project Management, Business knowledge preferred in similar industry
- Technical
Skills:
Ensure that all costing exercises are fully comprehended, timely performed and, above all, accurate. - Ensure design and system selection is compatible with customer requirements and international standards.
- Language
Skills:
Arabic is desirable. English is essential - Experience :
Minimum of 0 to 1 year experience in Sales, Contracts or Application Engineer in EPG / Engines / Power Systems up.
- Key Internal Contacts:
- Area Manager
- Purpose of Interaction: Regular interaction to brief on customer visits and obtain feedback and direction
- Key External Contacts:
- Customer
- Purpose of Interaction: Providing peerless support
