We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented National local Graduate Civil Engineer to join our railway infrastructure team. This entry‑level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in railway design, construction, and maintenance projects. The selected candidate will work under the supervision of senior engineers and contribute to the successful delivery of safe, efficient, and high‑quality railway infrastructure.

Location:

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of railway civil engineering projects including tracks, bridges, stations, and drainage systems.
• Support site engineers in monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with designs, specifications, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys and prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Review engineering drawings, calculations, and material specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and signalling engineers.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi standards, railway regulations, and international best practices.
• Assist in identifying project risks and proposing corrective actions.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to project managers.
• Support quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) activities.
• Participate in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives on site.

• Nationality:
  Saudi National is preferred.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.
• Experience:
  
  Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship/training experience.
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Jeddah.
• Willing to work on‑site and travel within project locations across Saudi Arabia.
• Driving licence required for field work assignment and travelling between job site and Head Office.
