- Extensive knowledge of infrastructure design, particularly in mixed-use, retail, and housing developments.
- Proficient in design software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, StormCAD, WaterCAD, Infra Works, and similar.
- Strong understanding of local authority regulations, design codes (e.g., British Standards, AASHTO, DM standards), and permitting requirements.
- Excellent project coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).
- Minimum of 15+ years experience in infrastructure design within a design consultancy
- Proven experience working on mixed-use developments, retail centres, and residential housing projects.
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership (ICE, IStructE, or equivalent) is a plus.
