We are hiring for the position of Construction Manager (Underground Cable) with a leading EPC organization executing large-scale Power Transmission & Distribution projects in the Middle East.
Position:Construction Manager (Underground Cable)
Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Salary: USD 35,000 Per Annum
Eligibility Criteria:Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering (Regular Full-Time Education Mandatory)
Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Power Transmission & Distribution EPC Projects
Strong experience in 132kV, 220kV & 380kV Underground Cable Projects is mandatory.
Lead end-to-end construction and execution of EHV Underground Cable projects.
Manage cable laying, jointing, termination, HDD crossings, duct banks, cable trenching, and reinstatement works.
Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, manpower, subcontractors, and resources.
Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and client specifications throughout project execution.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, utility authorities, and project stakeholders.
Monitor construction progress, resolve site issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Prepare progress reports, construction schedules, and resource planning.
Experience:
Experience in 132kV, 220kV & 380kV Underground Cable Projects
Strong EPC project execution background
Experience in cable route management, HDD crossings, joint bays, and restoration works
Proven experience managing construction teams, subcontractors, and site operations
Familiarity with international utility standards and project documentation
