Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineering Intern to join our team s internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in electronics and IoT product development within a fast‑paced work environment. You will contribute to the design, prototyping, testing, and maintenance of IoT‑enabled devices while working closely with experienced engineers across hardware, firmware, and product design. Key Responsibilities- Assist in the design, prototyping, and testing of electronics hardware and embedded systems for IoT devices.
- Support firmware development and validation for microcontrollers and sensors.
- Participate in PCB design, soldering, and troubleshooting of electronic circuits.
- Conduct testing and data collection to ensure device performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate hardware, firmware, and software.
- Maintain inventory tracking for electronic components and assist in ensuring component availability.
- Support preventive maintenance and calibration of production equipment.
- Contribute to technical documentation, assembly instructions, and testing procedures.
- Recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of embedded systems, microcontroller programming (ARM/AVR), and communication protocols (I²C, SPI, UART).
- Familiarity with IoT protocols (MQTT, HTTPs) is a plus.
- Experience with PCB design tools (Eagle, Altium, KiCad) preferred.
- Hands‑on skills in soldering, wiring, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ or Python.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with Linux builds (Yocto Project) or embedded Linux development.
- Exposure to cloud IoT platforms (e.g., AWS IoT Core).
