Manager, Electrical - JED

Responsibilities

• MEP construction works follow up.
• Follow up technical drawings review and approvals.
• Follow up sites supervision and progress.
• Including and not limited to Transformers, Generators, Panels Synchronization.
• Follow up the installation works and final testing and commissioning of all MEP works and equipment's.
• Act as the Owner's representative for all MEP-related matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and monitor the Consultant's and Contractor's performance to ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and approved schedules.
• Review technical submissions, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and testing & commissioning procedures submitted by the Consultant and Contractor.
• Coordinate with the Consultant and Contractor to resolve design, construction, and site-related issues.
• Monitor site progress and ensure MEP works are executed according to approved plans and project milestones.
• Attend progress meetings, technical meetings, and coordination workshops with project stakeholders.
• Review and validate progress reports, technical reports, inspection requests, and project documentation.
• Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities of all MEP systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, transformers, generators, and associated infrastructure.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical concerns and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and company requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations and Facility Management teams to ensure operational readiness and smooth project handover.
• Monitor project quality, safety, and environmental performance in coordination with the Consultant and Contractor.
• Review variation orders, claims, and technical proposals related to MEP works and provide recommendations to management.
• Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities related to MEP disciplines.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and updates on project status and key issues.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Director or higher management.

• Knowledge in strategic planning. Able to plan and execute on a given deadline
