Job description:

• Training sub ordinates and building a team to perform work effectively.
• Providing leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
• Delegating assignments to subordinates.
• Ensuring fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation.
• Performing planned activities to meet operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilizing resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Providing periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
• Resolving related problems and escalating complex operational issues.
• Ensuring quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes, including specifications for products, processes, or related activities.
• Coordinating well defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automation opportunities as much as possible.
• Complying with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensuring compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined work areas to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high quality products/services.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Skills:
  
  Managing work under pressure, risk assessment, MS Office, time management, troubleshooting, organization, communication, teamwork, initiative, creativity, analytical thinking, detail orientation, and report writing.
