Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Management

To assume full responsibility for planning, executing, and closing engineering projects, ensuring the achievement of project objectives within the defined scope, schedule, and approved budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Lead and manage all phases of engineering projects from initiation through execution to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Ensure all project activities comply with technical specifications and approved engineering standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to established timelines.
• Manage project budgets effectively and control costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance and occupational health & safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and integrate work across all engineering disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc.).
• Plan, organize, and manage project meetings efficiently.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and challenges and take corrective actions when necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 14 years of professional experience in engineering project management.
• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is highly preferred.
