Responsibilities

• HSE Policy Development: Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Training and Awareness: Conduct safety training programs for employees and contractors.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitoring and Auditing: Monitor HSE performance and conduct regular audits.
• Sustainability: Promote sustainable practices, such as energy conservation and waste reduction.
• Previous experience in the Total Facilities Management (TFM) industry is required.

• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to conduct investigations and analyze data.
• HSE certifications by NEBOSH & OHSHA are a must.
