Tractebel Engineering S.A Dubai Branch in Jeddah is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Claims Engineer to manage commercial aspects, prepare BOQs, and review contractor claims on infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 7–10 years of experience, and proficiency with Excel, cost tools, take-off software and AutoCAD/PDF tools. Fluency in English is preferred;
Arabic is a plus.
