Summary:

We are seeking a highly technical and skilled Electrical Design & Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, manufacturing, assembling, and testing a variety of electrical panels, control panels, and related electrical accessories. Alongside leading the necessary teams and ensuring quality along the entire process.

Key Responsibilities:

Design electrical power, control, and automation panels according to client requirements and applicable standards.

Prepare electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), wiring diagrams, and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar software.

Select appropriate electrical components, including breakers, contractors, relays, VFDs, PLCs, and protection devices.

Develop bill of materials (BOMs), technical specifications, and manufacturing documentation.

Lead production team to ensure accurate panel assembly and wiring.

Supervise manufacturing and assembly activities to maintain quality and compliance standards.

Conduct inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical panels.

Ensure compliance with IEC, NEC, UL, and other relevant electrical standards.

Collaborate with procurement, quality, and project teams to meet project schedules and customer requirements.

Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and after-sales activities.

Identify opportunities for design optimization, cost reduction, and process improvement.

Identify key certifications for the technical team to pursue.

Identify key programs to join (Schneider Panel Builders, etc.) as long/medium/short term plans.

General

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

5+ years of experience in electrical panel design, manufacturing, or switch gear industries.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or equivalent design software.

Strong knowledge of LV power distribution systems, motor control centers (MCC), and control panels.

Familiarity with PLC and automation systems is an advantage.

Knowledge of IEC, UL, and electrical safety standards.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Summary:

Design, Manufacturing, Assembly, Testing, and Commissioning of MDB, SMDB, FDB, MCC, VFD, PLC, ATS, AMF, Synchronization, APFC, Lighting, HVAC, Solar, and Industrial Automation Panels in compliance with IEC and international standards.
