- Supervise installation and alignment of all rotating equipment on site
- Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and other disciplines to solve technical issues
- Ensure safe execution of construction activities and adherence to project schedules
- Review drawings, method statements, and installation procedures
- 5–8 years of experience in construction of rotating equipment
- Previous work in power plants or oil & gas projects
- Strong experience in site installation, alignment, and commissioning support for rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, etc.)
- Strong personal and communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and supervise subcontractors
