Job Description
The electronica Engineer provides technical support for automated material handling equipment in warehouses and distribution centers, using complex troubleshooting and problem solving with an array of technical tools. The Electronic Tech should have the Knowledge electrical and electronic principles, motors, drivers, controller, HMIs and Communication protocols.

The Electronic Tech should have the Knowledge electrical and electronic principles, motors, drivers, controller and HMIs.
Accountabilities- Modify the troubleshoot system and repair interface between Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) and Material Flow System (MFS) to maintain the production fellow.
- Resale all challenge that faced the operations through fixing the damaged parts like sensors, scanners, visualization systems, motors, frequency inverters and encoders.
- Identify the root cause of faults and production errors & initiate a permanent solutions to assure operation continuity.
- Collaborate with external software developers & internal teams with Onsite staff to ensure maximum system uptime.
- Analyzes system daily operation reports to track and identify opportunities for continued improvement.
- Designs & conduct maneuver testing scenarios to identify system issues for improvements.
- Design & deliver training for all users to increase system knowledge, resolve issues and prevent issues from recurring.
- Update help-desk ticketing system to track, monitor and resolve issues for better efficiency.
- Manage external suppliers/subcontractors performance to maximize the business benefits out of this relationship
- Monitors automated system machine performance & report a day to day reports for management visibility.
- Represent Nahdi in a international team of automation practices to ensure maximum system uptime and performance.
- Collaborate with other MHE engineers for assure 360 synergy & reach the operation full capacity.
- Present whenever the system requires even holydays, day off.
- Design a system manuals document to be used in Employees induction & on-the-job training.
- Indoors : 80%
- Outdoors : 20 %
- Working Days : 6 Working Days
- Days off : 1 Day Off
- Working Hours : 8 Hours a day “ Rotating shifts” (1 hour break)
- 2-year degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 year of experience with PLC, .net, Siemens S7 PLC SEW motors and drives.
- MS Office Suite
- AUTOCAD or E-Plan
- English
- Arabic
