The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and supervising infrastructure operation and maintenance activities. The role ensures that infrastructure assets are safe, reliable, well-maintained, and meet the required quality and technical standards.
The position covers infrastructure such as roads, bridges, tunnels, drainage systems, flood channels, and other urban infrastructure

Manage and supervise infrastructure operation and maintenance activities
.
Develop and implement preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance plans
.
Prepare annual and long-term maintenance plans and programs
.
Supervise maintenance works for:
- Roads and highways
- Bridges and structures
- Stormwater and drainage systems
- Flood channels
- Other urban infrastructure
Monitor the condition and performance of infrastructure assets.
Review maintenance methods, technical reports, work plans, and engineering documents.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders.
Ensure maintenance works meet approved standards, specifications, quality, and schedules.
Monitor progress, costs, resources, and performance.
Identify technical and operational risks and recommend solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to engineering and maintenance teams.
Monitor contractors and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Prepare progress reports, maintenance plans, and management reports.
Support infrastructure asset management and development programs.
Identify opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency, reliability, and service quality.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
.
Master’s degree or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
Minimum 13 years of relevant experience in infrastructure engineering, operation, maintenance, or project management.
Experience with reputable engineering or consultancy firms is preferred.
Strong experience in infrastructure operation and maintenance.
Experience with roads, bridges, tunnels, drainage systems, flood channels, and urban infrastructure.
Experience in infrastructure asset management is an advantage.
Previous experience in a managerial or senior engineering position is preferred.
