- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Minimize equipment downtime and improve asset reliability & OEE.
- Lead RCA for recurring equipment failures.
- Manage industrial utilities including refrigeration, boilers, compressors, HVAC, water treatment, and electrical systems.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Manage critical spare parts and coordinate planned shutdowns.
- Drive TPM, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and HSE standards.
- Support equipment upgrades, automation projects, and CAPEX implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/team leadership role
. - Strong experience with automated production lines, packaging equipment, and industrial utilities.
- Knowledge of TPM, RCA, preventive/predictive maintenance, GMP & HACCP
. - Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, and automation systems is preferred.
