Senior Field Service Engineer

Senior Technical Engineer – Food Processing Machinery Jeddah, Saudi Arabia | Field service + technical sales support | Travel across the Kingdom About the role

Al Waha Industrial Factory, a Jeddah-based manufacturer, is launching a new business line supplying and servicing machinery for food producers in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for the engineer who will lead it technically, from the first installation onwards.

• - Install and commission machines at customers' plants
• - Carry out preventive maintenance visits and troubleshoot breakdowns on site
• - Train customers' operators and maintenance teams
• - Handle technical inquiries, prepare quotation and sample requests, and check supplier offers against what the customer actually needs
• - Keep clear records: visit reports, machine checklists, project updates

• - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• - 5+ years in field service, technical support or maintenance of industrial machinery
• - Hands-on experience with PLC-controlled machines: fault diagnosis on PLCs and HMIs, reading electrical and pneumatic schematics, sensors and drives
• - Food industry experience strongly preferred (processing or packaging lines: meat, poultry, dairy, bakery or similar)
• - Fluent Arabic and English;
  French is a plus
• - Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites within Saudi Arabia
