CSI Global is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support MEP, HVAC, Testing & Commissioning, Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB), facilities management, and technical services operations in Saudi Arabia. The role involves executing and supervising mechanical engineering activities, with a strong focus on HVAC systems, air and hydronic balancing, system performance, and project delivery.

The successful candidate will contribute to HVAC installation, Testing & Commissioning, system optimization, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities. The role also requires effective coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality requirements.

• Execute and supervise mechanical engineering activities on project sites.
• Perform and oversee Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) for HVAC air and hydronic systems.
• Support Testing & Commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Conduct HVAC performance verification, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Review mechanical drawings, project specifications, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Prepare TAB reports, commissioning documentation, inspection reports, and technical submissions.
• Support HVAC installation and system upgrades.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities.
• Verify mechanical systems against project requirements and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, and international commissioning practices.
• Support successful project delivery through effective technical coordination and reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  .
• 1-7 years of experience in MEP, HVAC, TAB, and Testing & Commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and air and water balancing.
• Knowledge of chilled water systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Experience using TAB instruments.
• Ability to interpret design airflow and hydronic balancing requirements.
• Experience preparing technical reports and commissioning documentation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams.
