( define the location of competence, if essential) Mechanical Design/ Metallurgy Designer AWS/CSWIPSPECIFIC TRAINING ISO Internal Auditor TrainingASNT DEGREE II (UT, RT, MPI, PT).Solid understanding with ASME codes.

MS Excel.

Job Description:

.Role as well as Duties:.Preparation as well as advancement of Welding Procedures.

Qualifying new WPS and also PQRs.Qualifying Welders and welding operators.

Calibration of Welding machines/Electrodes as well as change baking stove.

Preparation, Submission as well as approval of WPS, PQR, Weld Maps and so on.

Preserving continuity of welders.

Liable for Prep Work of WPS, PQR, Repair procedure entry and authorization from Customer and  charge of development of new Welding  charge of keeping connection of welders.

To Make certain that appropriate welding treatments are followed.

To provide services to welding relevant issues like fixing etc. To prepare weld maps as well as concern to buy welding.

To guarantee that stoves are calibrated.

To make sure that the electrodes and consumables are properly baked, maintained as well as released from the shops.

To ensure that appropriate preheating and right criteria are being followed during the welding process.

To disqualify welders that are producing faulty welds continuously.

Maintain certified welder checklist.

Accountable for calibration of welding  charge of estimation or welding consumables and giving technological details to stores for increasing the public relations.

Evaluation of incoming Welding consumables giving clearance.

Weld  charge of prep work of Effect examination coupons where required.

Accountable for issuing consolidated welder checklist to manufacturing on monthly basis.

Liable for keeping inbound welding palatable inspection Record.
