Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Product Support Engineer to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on providing expert-level technical support for MAN vehicle systems and mentoring the product support team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert-level technical parts advisory for complex MAN vehicle systems including engine, transmission, suspension, and electronic components, supporting workshop technicians and parts counter staff in accurate parts delivery.
- Investigate and resolve escalated parts identification issues, supersession queries, and interchangeability with MAN AG parts engineering and utilizing advanced catalogue and technical documentation tools.
- Conduct technical parts presentations and training sessions for parts sales teams, workshop staff, and key accounts to promote MAN genuine parts advantages and correct application knowledge.
- Mentor Product Support Engineers by sharing advanced technical knowledge, diagnostic approaches, and best practices to build overall team capability.
- Analyze parts-related technical complaints and return patterns, preparing root cause analysis reports and recommending corrective actions to the Product Support Supervisor and MAN AG parts engineering.
