QHSE Manager

We are seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to oversee and manage Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across our construction projects and company operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, international standards, and project requirements.

The role involves both office-based and on-site responsibilities. The work location may be in Jeddah or Riyadh, depending on project requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10–15 years of relevant QHSE experience.
• Proven experience in a QHSE managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, auditing, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Good understanding of construction site operations and QHSE practices.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage both office and field responsibilities.
