Entry-Level Wedding Planner Egypt

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Wedding Planner in Jeddah Egypt. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for event planning and a desire to grow in the industry. As an Entry-Level Wedding Planner you will be responsible for assisting our experienced planners in coordinating and executing weddings and other special events.

• Assist in creating event timelines and budgets
• Communicate with clients to understand their vision and preferences
• Source vendors and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate with venues for setup logistics and other arrangements
• Attend meetings with clients to provide updates and gather feedback
• Assist in managing the event on the day of ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Maintain records of all event details contracts and payments

• Egyptian nationality preferred
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for event planning and willingness to learn from experienced professionals

Salary 1500$ per month negotiable based on experience.

Accommodation Accommodation will be provided for the first 3 months of employment.
