Risk Manager

Our client, a leading conglomerate, is seeking a Risk Manager to join its legal team in Saudi Arabia.

• Implement and maintain ERM policies, procedures and controls.
• Identify, assess and report investment, portfolio and enterprise risks.
• Advise Board, Audit and Investment Committees and executive management on risk and M&A.
• Ensure M&A and portfolio exposures remain within agreed risk tolerances.
• Build centralized risk management shared services and deploy GRC tools.
• Recruit, develop and manage the risk team; deliver training and address performance.
• Produce concise risk reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years in risk management; strong exposure to investments/M&A and holding-company models.
• ERM framework expertise (COSO, ISO 31000).
• Certifications (CFA, FRM, PMI RMP, IRM) advantageous.
• Advanced GRC, risk modelling and data analytics skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
