Corporate Banking : Freelance Trainer

Kaplan is a world leader in Professional Education and is currently experiencing rapid growth in the MENA region. In supporting this growth, we are seeking to hire an experienced freelance instructor
, with industry certifications and expert knowledge in Corporate Banking
. Successful candidates will deliver bespoke training courses.

• Candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Economics
• Ideally a CFA Charter holder or an equivalent Master’s Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in the area of corporate banking as a relationship manager or a credit analyst in a Bank.
• Experience in underwriting of Credit Applications for various types of corporate lending products – e.g. Trade Finance, Term Loan, Project finance, etc.
• With mini 3- 5 years’ experience in Training, Coaching and people development.
• Excellent presentation skills – written and verbal
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Arabic speaking is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

We are looking for people with an advanced-level knowledge of Corporate Banking. This should include the following:

• Excellent knowledge of various corporate banking products – Trade Finance
• Advanced credit analysis and appraisal skills
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Advance level financial analysis skills
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
