Support the Investors Relations function by preparing investor communications, assisting in financial reporting and disclosures, coordinating engagement with investors and analysts, and supporting M&A / corporate finance activities as required. The role ensures timely, accurate, and consistent communication of company performance, strategy, and value proposition to the investment community, while maintaining compliance with CMA requirements.
Key Accountabilities Investor Relations Strategy Support- Support execution of the Investor Relations strategy aligned with the company's financial and strategic objectives.
- Assist in developing clear messaging and positioning for investors and analysts.
- Support management in preparing communication around performance drivers, growth plans, and strategic priorities.
- Prepare and maintain investor presentations, earnings decks, fact sheets, and briefing packs.
- Support preparation of talking points, FAQs, and leadership Q and A documents.
- Ensure IR materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with approved company messaging and branding.
- Support coordination of investor meetings, analyst calls, conferences, roadshows, and site visits.
- Maintain investor contact lists and meeting logs, ensuring proper follow-up and documentation.
- Support preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
- Support preparation of quarterly and annual reporting materials from an Investor Relations perspective.
- Conduct financial and KPI analysis including variance analysis, trend reporting, and benchmarking.
- Prepare summaries of market trends, sector movements, and investor sentiment.
- Support compliance with CMA requirements and disclosure timelines.
- Coordinate internally with Finance, Legal, and relevant stakeholders to support timely filings and disclosures.
- Support preparation of announcements and supporting documentation as required.
- Support shareholder inquiries and requests, ensuring timely response and proper documentation.
- Assist with preparation of materials for annual general meetings and shareholder-related events.
- Monitor Tadawul announcements, competitor disclosures, and key market updates.
- Support preparation of M and A presentations, investment decks, and strategic business cases.
- Assist with financial modeling inputs, valuation support, and investment analysis.
- Support internal coordination for data gathering and reporting for corporate finance initiatives.
- Work closely with FP and A, Financial Reporting, Treasury, Legal, Corporate Communications, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment of messaging and accuracy of information.
- Support continuous improvement of IR templates, reporting packs, and communication processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Master's degree, CFA, FMVA, or other relevant certification is a plus.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, FP and A, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Consulting, Corporate Finance, or related roles.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial statements and key performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills including variance analysis, trend analysis, and benchmarking.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of CMA regulations, Tadawul disclosure practices, and listed company reporting is an advantage.
- Ability to manage confidential information and work under pressure during reporting cycles.
