Investment Director - Real Estate

The Investment Director - Real Estate will lead the company's real estate investment activities, including deal sourcing, feasibility analysis, fund and capital management, and development strategy. The role is responsible for maximizing investment returns, managing risk, overseeing budgets and treasury functions, and supporting strategic growth of the real estate portfolio.

• Develop and implement real estate investment strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute real estate investment opportunities (residential, commercial, mixed-use).
• Lead feasibility studies, market research, and investment appraisals.

• Prepare and review financial models (IRR, NPV, cash flow, sensitivity analysis).
• Structure investments, joint ventures, and partnerships.
• Lead negotiations with investors, developers, and financial institutions.

• Manage real estate investment funds and capital allocation.
• Oversee treasury operations including cash management, financing, and debt servicing.
• Coordinate bank facilities, project finance, and funding requirements.

• Support real estate development strategies and project structuring.
• Monitor performance of ongoing developments and investment portfolio.
• Recommend asset optimization and exit strategies.

• Lead due diligence processes (financial, technical, legal).
• Prepare investment papers and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or related field
• 8-16 years experience in Investment, 3- 5 Years in real estate investment or development.
• Strong expertise in feasibility studies, financial modeling, and deal structuring.
• Experience managing funds, bank financing, and joint ventures.
• GCC / Saudi Arabia real estate market experience preferred.
