We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Finance Assistant to support our KSA Finance operations. This full‑time role, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
, is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in a dynamic, collaborative, and multicultural environment.
In this position, you will support day‑to‑day financial activities, ensure accuracy in financial records, assist with month‑end closings, and collaborate with teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing. You will also interact with suppliers, customers, and external auditors.
Key Responsibilities:- Process supplier and customer invoices with the required documentation and approvals
- Prepare payment requests and coordinate with banking partners
- Support month‑end and year‑end closings (journals, reconciliations, accruals, prepayments)
- Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate financial filing systems
- Assist with periodic financial reporting
- Follow up on pending documentation with vendors and internal teams
- Support internal and external audits
- Monitor and reconcile petty cash
- Handle ERP data entry and generate reports
- Create and manage Purchase Orders following company procurement procedures
- Participate in ad hoc finance and administrative projects
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (multinational exposure is a plus)
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabia accounting & tax practices (advantageous)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; ERP experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
