Financial and Analysis Director

Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Analysis:Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Strategic Analysis:Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support business decisions anddrive profitability.
• Reporting:Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis,financial statements, and performance metrics.
• Financial Modeling:Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
• Cost Management:Monitor and manage operating expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Investment Analysis:Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct ROIanalysis, and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Risk Management:Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Team Leadership:Lead,mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Collaboration:Work closely with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
• Audit and Compliance:Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance,Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
