Finance​/Accounts Manager

Financial Management

Oversee and manage all financial operations ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Prepare analyze and present financial statements and reports to senior management

Develop and monitor budgets financial plans and forecasts to support strategic business objectives

Monitor and manage cash flow ensuring the company's financial stability and liquidity

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including processing invoices payments and payroll

Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements

Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support overall business goals

Minimum of 7- 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.

Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Familiarity with SAP and advanced Excel skills.

Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.

Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Accounts Manager, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in financial and accounting software and tools.
