As the Company continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who can lead and develop the finance function, establish a strong financial framework to support growth, and provide Management with clear and reliable visibility into the Company’s financial performance.
About the Opportunity:We are looking for an experienced, analytical, and commercially minded Finance Manager to lead the Finance function and oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, financial planning, cash flow, financial controls, and compliance.
This role goes beyond managing the accounts. We are looking for someone who can turn financial data into meaningful business insights, strengthen financial controls, analyze profitability and costs, and support Executive Management in making informed decisions regarding growth, investments, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Company’s Finance and Accounting function.
- Oversee financial reporting, financial statements, and periodic closing processes.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Manage liquidity, cash flow, treasury, and financial obligations.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and overall financial performance.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and the financial aspects of payroll.
- Develop financial policies, procedures, internal controls, and approval authorities.
- Oversee financial and tax compliance and coordinate with auditors and external advisors.
- Monitor the financial performance of subsidiaries, business activities, and projects.
- Evaluate the financial aspects of contracts, investments, projects, and expansion opportunities.
- Develop financial dashboards and management reporting for Executive Management.
- Lead and develop the Finance and Accounting team while improving financial systems and processes.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant Finance and Accounting experience, including supervisory or managerial experience.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, financial planning, and cash-flow management.
- Strong understanding of accounting, internal controls, and financial and tax requirements in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience leading Finance and Accounting teams.
- Experience with in a group of companies or diversified business environment is preferred.
- Strong Excel, accounting-system, and ERP capabilities.
- Professional qualifications such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA are a strong advantage.
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
