Key Responsibilities- Mid to senior level individual contributor responsible for monitoring project and operational costs, including budget control, variance analysis, forecasting, and cost reporting to support financial decision-making and contractual compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - 5–8 years of experience in cost control, preferably within the facility Management , with at least 2 years in a senior or specialized.
- Cost analysis and financial forecasting.
- Budget management and variance reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of facility management cost structures.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Cross-functional communication and teamwork.
- Time management and deadline adherence.
