Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

• As FP amp A Manager you will Lead financial planning budgeting forecasting and performance management partnering with business leaders to improve profitability and support strategic decisions
• Lead annual budgeting rolling forecasts and long-range planning
• Own monthly performance reviews including sales margin operating expenses profitability and cash-flow analysis
• Present financial insights risks and recommended actions to senior leadership
• Partner with commercial retail supply chain and brand teams on target setting and performance improvement
• Strengthen reporting planning processes data quality and automation
• Ensure alignment with financial controls policies and planning timelines

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CPA, ACCA, CIMA or MBA is advantageous.
• Strong financial modelling, advanced Excel and business-intelligence/reporting skills.
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, margin and cost management.
• Commercial acumen, executive communication and stakeholder-management capability.
• Retail, luxury, fashion, beauty or FMCG experience is advantageous.
