Finance Manager | Steel Manufacturing | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia We are a new, large-scale steel manufacturing company in Jeddah, and production starts around January. We are looking for a Finance Manager who can build and run our finance function from the ground up.

Responsibilities Set up the finance function: chart of accounts, ERP configuration, policies, approval matrix, and internal controls

Lead the finance department

Lead cost accounting

Prepare budgets and forecasts and manage cash flow and working capital

Track capex and project costs through to plant start-up Manage relationships with banks, auditors, suppliers, and government bodies

Ensure compliance with IFRS and ZATCA requirements (VAT, e-invoicing, withholding tax, and zakat)
Deliver accurate monthly management reports and KPIs to the CEO and leadership team

Lead, develop, and coordinate the accounting team (AR, AP, costing, treasury)
Develop team skills and automate processes.

Requirements Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field8-10 years of finance experience in the manufacturing industry

Fluent English and Arabic Hands-on ERP experience (SAP)
Experience leading a finance team Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate

Previous Start Up Experience Steel, metals, or heavy industry background

Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, SOCPA, ACCA, or CAKnowledge of Saudi VAT, zakat, and customs
