Chief Financial Officer

Our client, an ambitious organisation, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial function and support the business through its next stage of growth.

The role will oversee financial strategy, planning, and performance, ensuring strong financial governance while identifying opportunities to improve profitability and support long-term business objectives. The CFO will work closely with the leadership team to guide strategic decisions and strengthen the organisation’s financial position.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who can balance strategic direction with financial discipline and help shape the organisation’s future growth.

• 15+ years of finance experience, including substantial leadership experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or in a comparable senior finance role
• Experience with in FMCG or a related industry is highly desirable
• Must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate
• Fluency in Arabic is a must for this role
• Proven track record in financial strategy, planning, and business performance management
• Strong expertise in financial governance, risk management, and commercial decision-making
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and provide financial insights that guide business strategy
• Experience leading, developing, and building high-performing finance teams
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to identify opportunities to improve profitability and support sustainable growth
