Position: Public Relations (PR) Manager / Government & VIP Relations

The Public Relations Manager is responsible for representing the company before government entities, ministries, authorities, and VIP clients. The role ensures the development of strong professional relationships, facilitates official communications, and supports the organization’s strategic interests through effective stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, strong presence, and a confident, professional personality capable of interacting with senior officials and high-profile clients.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the official company representative with ministries, government bodies, and regulatory authorities
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with government officials and VIP stakeholders
  • Manage all formal communications, correspondence, and documentation with external authorities
  • Coordinate government-related requirements, approvals, licenses, and official procedures
  • Represent the company at meetings, official visits, events, and high-level engagements
  • Handle sensitive interactions with professionalism, diplomacy, and confidentiality
  • Support executive management in external relations and stakeholder communications
  • Facilitate resolution of administrative or governmental matters impacting business operations
  • Ensure compliance with governmental protocols and formal communication standards
  • Maintain accurate records of government interactions and requirements
  • Strengthen the company’s corporate image and reputation with key external parties
  • Monitor regulatory updates and maintain awareness of relevant governmental processes
