Key Accountability Areas Key Activities Stakeholder Identification & Analysis
- Identify and map key stakeholders relevant to the company's UTM operations.
- Conduct thorough analysis of stakeholder interests, concerns, and potential impacts.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of stakeholder information and communication records
- Develop and implement stakeholder communication plans to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination.
- Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholder inquiries and concerns.
- Create and distribute communication materials, including newsletters, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the development of regulatory submissions and compliance documentation.
- Monitor and analyse regulatory developments related to UTM.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agency representatives.
- Participate in industry working groups and forums to advance UTM standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with industry partners to develop and implement joint UTM initiatives.
- Track and report on industry trends and developments.
- Develop and implement community outreach programs to address public concerns and promote understanding of UTM.
- Coordinate with local authorities and community organizations to ensure responsible UAS operations.
- Address and document community concerns and feedback.
- Gather and analyse stakeholder feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations on stakeholder engagement activities and outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of stakeholder communication strategies.
- Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes considering leading practices, changes in the business environment, cost efficiencies and productivity improvements.
- No prior experience is required.
- Preferred experience in stakeholder management, public relations, or government affairs with strong understanding of the UAS industry and UTM concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Aviation Management, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and standards within the UAS industry is preferred.
