Position: UTM STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Key Accountability Areas Key Activities Stakeholder Identification & Analysis
  • Identify and map key stakeholders relevant to the company's UTM operations.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of stakeholder interests, concerns, and potential impacts.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of stakeholder information and communication records
Stakeholder Communication & Engagement
  • Develop and implement stakeholder communication plans to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination.
  • Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholder inquiries and concerns.
  • Create and distribute communication materials, including newsletters, reports, and presentations.
Regulatory Liaison
  • Assist in the development of regulatory submissions and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor and analyse regulatory developments related to UTM.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agency representatives.
Industry Collaboration
  • Participate in industry working groups and forums to advance UTM standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to develop and implement joint UTM initiatives.
  • Track and report on industry trends and developments.
Community Outreach
  • Develop and implement community outreach programs to address public concerns and promote understanding of UTM.
  • Coordinate with local authorities and community organizations to ensure responsible UAS operations.
  • Address and document community concerns and feedback.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Gather and analyse stakeholder feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on stakeholder engagement activities and outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of stakeholder communication strategies.
Policies, Processes and Procedures
  • Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes considering leading practices, changes in the business environment, cost efficiencies and productivity improvements.
Knowledge and Experience
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Preferred experience in stakeholder management, public relations, or government affairs with strong understanding of the UAS industry and UTM concepts.
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Aviation Management, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations and standards within the UAS industry is preferred.
