You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our rolling stock retrofit activities and making a tangible impact on the success of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Rolling Stock Retrofit Team, Logistics Team, Construction Team, and Procurement Team), perform inspections, and ensure compliance with quality standards, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of maintaining the Quality System in line with the Alstom Quality Plan and contractual requirements, but also support the Quality Manager in monitoring quality targets and resolving quality issues.

• Maintaining the Quality System and ensuring its strict application on-site.
• Supporting teams to secure compliance with contractual technical requirements for rolling stock upgrades.
• Coordinating with cross‑functional teams on quality issues, site inspections, and incoming material inspections.
• Preparing and verifying quality records and checklists for each rolling stock step.
• Performing retrofit inspections and preparing inspection and test requests for site activities.
• Following up on and resolving internal site non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and associated CONQ.
• Interacting with supplier quality teams and managing supplier NCRs.
• Preparing and updating registers for inspection testing requests, non‑conformance reports, and calibration tests.
• Addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly with appropriate feedback.
• Contributing to the implementation and follow‑up of the Power Master Punch List (MPL) and ensuring readiness for DFQ processes.
