Are you passionate about professional hair education and inspiring salon professionals? Do you enjoy combining technical expertise with commercial impact? MADI International is looking for a Professional Educator – Hair to join our team in Jeddah.

• Deliver professional in-salon training sessions, product demonstrations, workshops, and academy classes.
• Use education as a commercial tool to increase product usage, drive repeat orders, and support sales growth.
• Partner with the Sales team to identify growth opportunities, increase brand penetration, and support upselling initiatives.
• Assist in converting new salon accounts through technical onboarding and education.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Conduct engaging seminars and education sessions aligned with brand strategy.
• Build strong relationships with salon professionals by providing continuous technical support and education.
• Ensure a high standard of training delivery while achieving productivity and business objectives.

• Proven experience as a Hair Educator, Hair Trainer, or Senior Hair Stylist with training experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of professional hair products, treatments, and coloring.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to support sales growth through education.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
