Healthcare Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced
healthcare operations professional or subject matter expert (SME) to help us plan, launch, and operate a healthcare delivery business in Saudi Arabia
, modeled after platforms like Twareat. This role involves hands-on operational strategy, regulatory navigation, and logistics execution
, with a focus on medical supplies, business focused on staffing (medical manpower), medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, ambulance logistics, and mobile clinics-serving construction sites and similar environments-who can guide us in regulatory compliance, fleet and workforce management, service design, and business development for sustainable growth.

• Guide the
  setup and operational launch
  of a medical logistics platform (similar to Twareat) in KSA
• Assist in
  developing business model, SOPs, and service workflows
• Navigate
  Saudi healthcare regulations
  , including licensing, MOH/SFDA approvals
• Contribute to
  hiring plans
  , organizational structure, and KPIs
• Potential to evolve into a long-term operator or strategic advisor role

• Proven experience
  operating or advising a healthcare logistics or delivery for such business
• Strong knowledge of
  Saudi healthcare regulations
  (MOH, SFDA, CCHI, etc.)
• Background in startup execution, operations, logistics, or healthcare systems
• Fluency in English required;
  Arabic fluency a strong plus
• Ability to work
  remotely with periodic availability
  for meetings in Saudi business hours

• Experience with Twareat,
• Saudi Arabia-based or deep knowledge of the KSA market

• Freelance or part-time (initially) with potential for long-term collaboration or operational role
