Job Summary

The Bell Attendant will be responsible for providing professional and customer‑focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay is a memorable experience from arrival to departure, providing all hotel guests courteous, tactful, and efficient services according to standards established by Shangri‑La Hotels.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet all guests arriving and departing to/from the Hotel.
  • Operate the doors and welcome and say farewell to all guests.
  • Handle all guest luggage with care and efficiency.
  • Escort guests upon arrival at the Hotel to the Reception Desk.
  • Present the guest with a brief orientation of the Hotel and guest room.
  • Assist in coordinating departure transportation.
  • Deliver newspapers/messages/packages and other miscellaneous items to/from the guest rooms.
  • Perform errands outside of the hotel on behalf of guests.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in luxury hotels and knowledge of Front Office / Guest Relations.
  • Articulate, presentable, and well‑groomed.
  • Responsible, good team player.
  • Good customer service sense.
  • Outgoing, courteous with a pleasant personality.
