As an F&B Waiter, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and professional delivery of services to hotel guests. Your primary duties include:

• Executing service delivery in strict adherence to brand service standards.
• Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Participating fully in departmental training sessions to enhance professional skills and elevate service levels.
• Engaging with guests in a professional and courteous manner to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Contributing to the hotel's financial performance through efficient and high-quality service.
• Ensuring that the workplace remains clean and tidy and safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations.
• Respecting the instructions and safety guidelines for the equipment used.
• Respecting the hotel's commitment to the "Environment Charter" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste, etc.).
• Ensuring that health, hygiene and safety regulations are complied with and applied in the departments in compliance with HACCP standards and procedures.
• Being aware of any activities/events operating within the hotel to promote and maximize sales.
• Attending departmental communication meetings and training sessions and operating in line with the instructions received.
• Adhering to the hotel rules at all times.
• Performing related duties as assigned.

• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School diploma.
• Demonstrated professional experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional guest service skills with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
