Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site catering operations and service teams
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, and service staff
• Oversee setup, service flow, and breakdown
• Act as the main point of contact during service execution

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Catering Supervisor or similar role
• Background in5-star hotels, luxury hospitality, or VIP catering
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Solid knowledge of food safety and service standards
• Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Hajj Experience is a plus
• Excellent Arabic & English is a must
• Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts is a plus
